5th KPWT in New Caledonia and world ranked 7th for the year

Last event of the year for the tour was held in Noumea, New Caledonia. beginning of the event had insane conditions in my heats i was riding on my 10 nemesis hp lit while everyone was riding on 7m. made it all the way to the quarters had a great heat but just wasn't enough for the judges so didn't advance through to the semi's so had to wait for the double elimination but yet again mother nature did not cooperate so no wind for the rest of the week so didnt do the double's or even get the wave event underway. so with my 5th place it puts me 1 position down on the world ranking instead of 8th im ranked for this year in the world 7th.

Ended up 5th in the single elimination, then during the whole week it rained and the wind dropped off so we weren't able to get the double elimination under way.I was in a heat agasint Seb Garat was a great heat good friend of mine so stocked for him that he advanced he landed a clean mobe 7 in the heat which sealed the deal for him tried a couple mobe 7's but kept crashing nose diving my board into the chop but im stocked with my 5th place just wished the wind would have blown through out the competition to finish the rest of the disciplines.

So for the hang time Discipline at the KPWT in Italy i placed 3rd with 5.24 seconds. here are the results.

1st Tom Hebert (Screw Loose) 10.08 seconds

2nd David Jehanno 6.05 seconds

Winning the Red bull Fly to in Texas during August,I got the chance to go to Maui for the final year of the Red Bull King of the Air. Was awsome being there for my first time. Conditions were great with some sick waves on the first day. I made it to the semifinals in the single elemination loosing against the legend Robby Naish, i was on my 10m powered.

In the double elemintaion i beat Kevin Langeree and Leeshai Miller to go up against Robby again but lost to him, but it was enough to secure 3rd place, so im stoked on getting that far for the final year of this awsome event.
